Notification G.O.(P) No. 123/2022/Fin Dated. 07.10.2022 S R O No. 969/2022 As per condition vii, under the heading Section III Compensation Leave is in Appendix VII of Part I of the Kerala Service Rules, Compensation Leave is not permissible to the Heads of the offices. Now, the Government have decided to dispense with the practice of sanctioning Compensation Leave to Gazetted Officers also. Hence the Government have decided to amend Part I of the Kerala Service Rules suitably.

As per condition vii, under the heading Section III Compensation Leave is in Appendix VII of
Part I of the Kerala Service Rules, Compensation Leave is not permissible to the Heads of the offices.
Now, the Government have decided to dispense with the practice of sanctioning Compensation Leave
to Gazetted Officers also. Hence the Government have decided to amend Part I of the Kerala Service
