(As per G.O. (P) No. 152/2020/Fin dated 5th November, 2020, read with Circular No. 83/2020/Fin dated 30th December, 2020 the maximum period of leave without allowance during

the entire service of an officer, to take up employment abroad or within the country and to join spouse was limited to five years. In order to give statutory validity to the above said Government Order, the Government have decided to make suitable amendments in the Kerala Service Rules.)
